After this serious story, biologist Patrick van Veen showed us what we can learn from monkey behaviour. Patrick is an expert in the field of social relations, but also knows a lot about the behavioural characteristics of monkeys. Precisely because of this combination, he managed to make it clear to us in a fascinating way and with the necessary confrontational hilarity that when solving problems it is much more important to focus on people’s behaviour than on reorganisations and systems.
Wow, it was such a great seminar day! Lots of positive reactions. The program went smoothly and met our expectations. Quite an achievement with 450 critical teachers in the room.
His lecture was well-targeted, which was appreciated. This appealed to the imagination and made it possible for ‘people’ to recognise themselves.
